Product Description
Made using the traditional Bilona method, this A2 Bilona Ghee follows an age-old process designed to preserve the rich character and authentic taste of desi cow ghee. Pure A2 desi cow milk is first converted into curd, which is then hand-churned to extract butter. The butter is subsequently slow-cooked over a wood fire to transform it into aromatic, golden ghee.

The careful preparation process gives the ghee its characteristic richness, texture, and traditional flavour. Produced in small batches and hand-checked, it is crafted with a focus on consistency and purity.
